What We do
Helping Hands of Peel has done several past initiatives in the past, ranging from annual food drives to park clean ups: and much more. Here is a quick recap of our past events.
Annual Food Drive 2022
During the year of 2022, we had a food drive in Mississauga where we collected food from homes to donate to the Good Measures Food Bank. In total, we donated a grand sum of 1317 pounds in 2022!
Food Drive 2021
Similar to 2022, we did another food drive the previous year where we collected food to donate to the Mississauga Food Bank. In total we donated 2052 pounds of food that year!
Monthly Themed Reels

Every week within a month, Helping Hands of Peel creates a monthly themes for reels to be made by general members, where we raise awareness for global and local concerns in the community.
Park Clean Up
In the rain and snow, volunteers within the organization came out to a park, helping clean up any garbage found. Making the park look better, and saving the environment in return.
Wonders For Women
Wonders for Women was an initiative run by the HOP team to raise sanitary and female products to donate to those in need.
Christmas Cards
Each year the HOP team and general members make Christmas cards, which are handed out in elderly homes and shelters.
